由中国汽车保修设备行业协会和中国汽车维修行业协会共同主办，北京通联国际展览有限公司承办的第52届全国汽车保修检测诊断设备（秋季）展览会（AUTO MAINTENANCE & REPAIR autumn 2009）将于2009年11月17-19日在长沙湖南国际会展中心揭开帷幕。尽管今年全球受到金融危机影响，有着巨大潜力的中国汽车维修服务市场却充满了商机。预计本次秋季展展览面积将达15,000平方米，打造以湖南为核心，包含湖北、广东、广西、重庆、江西、安徽在内的中部地区汽车保修检测诊断设备区域性盛会。

随着欧美市场的衰退，中国汽保行业面临新一轮的市场战争，内销型企业要深入地挖掘二三级市场，外销型企业也开始加大力度扩大自己在国内市场的销售和品牌经营。在此非常时期，湖南长沙省市政府力邀秋季汽保展主办单位到长沙考察，旨在打造我国中部地区的汽车后市场品牌展会。长沙作为最具成长性的消费型城市，不但地理位置优越，其近几年井喷式的汽车保有量奠定了中部汽车后市场的发展前景。

Organized by Beijing Traders-Link International Exhibition Co., Ltd., AUTO MAINTENANCE & REPAIR, the 52nd China International Trade Fair for Auto Maintenance Technology and Equipment, Auto Parts and Accessories is scheduled to be held from Nov. 11th to 19th in Hunan International Convention & Exhibition Center, Changsha, Hunan province. With 15,000 sqm exhibiting space, the show is aimed at providing an effective trading platform for auto-aftermarket in central China. The huge increase in vehicle population makes Hunan the most promising secondary market for the Auto-Aftermarket in China.

• 湖南省及长沙市多个政府部门将采取多项措施，打造中部地区汽车后市场的最佳展览盛会

为了更好地服务于中国汽车保修检测诊断设备行业的制造商们，帮助企业在金融危机的大环境下寻找新的机遇和蓝海，中国汽车保修设备行业协会会长张忠晔、副会长田国华及北京通联国际展览有限公司总经理彭庆芝等一行5人应长沙市人民政府的邀请，于4月初赴湖南长沙进行实地参观考察。

此次长沙之行还受到了长沙市市长，原交通部公路司司长张剑飞、湖南省公路运输管理局局长谭衡鸣、长沙市交通局副局长罗齐宏等领导的热情接待。张春贤书记百忙中接见了张忠晔会长并鼓励协会会员单位到湖南来开拓市场。即将于2009年11月17-19日在长沙湖南国际会展中心揭开帷幕的的第52届全国汽车保修检测诊断设备（秋季）展览会备受湖南省各级政府的高度重视。张剑飞市长当即表示，湖南省特别是长沙市的相关政府部门将高度重视，大力支持，做好长沙秋季汽保展的专业买家客户的邀请工作。

据悉，湖南等地区的汽修后市场亟待重拳整治，汽车维修市场准入制度将有利于促进整个汽车后市场的发展，提升企业竞争力。

• Great Support to AMR autumn 2009 from Local Government in Central China

Local government has attached great importance to AUTO MAINTENANCE & REPAIR autumn 2009. Mayor of Changsha City, officials from Hunan Road Transport Administration and Changsha Transport Bureau met with representatives from the organizing committee, confirmed their supports to the show and promised to spare no efforts in exhibitor and visitor invitation campaign.

面对席卷全球的金融危机，中国汽保行业其实正在酝酿着一次“洗牌”。虽然受经济影响没有整车那么大，但对于起步晚，起点低，家底薄的汽保企业，这场危机让很多小企业“剥层皮”。 在国际经济危机严重影响中国汽保产品出口的形势下，众多出口导向型的企业危中求变，加大力度巩固和重建国内销售渠道的工作。出口导向型的企业本身具备产能和产品质量优势，销售方向的转变势必加剧国内市场的竞争。

• New Market Segmentation during Financial Crisis

Confronted with the global financial crisis, China’s auto maintenance and repair industry is experiencing the new market segmentation. The original export-oriented enterprises begin to put more efforts in consolidating its position and rebuilding sales channels in domestic market. These enterprises with better productivity and product quality will surely intensify competitions inside the country.

• 湖南——无可比拟的地理优势

湖南省是我国中部最大、最重要、最繁荣的交通运输中心、物流中心和商业中心。地处中国的中部，南连两广，东连长三角经济区，北连广阔的北部，西接物产丰富的西部。是我过南北交流的桥梁，东西连接的通道，是中国极具优势的战略要地。

随着湖南经济的快速发展，全省车辆保有量以每年2万辆～3万辆的速度增加。至2008年底，湖南长沙市机动车保有量约为593833辆，比上年增加了84764辆，增长率为16.65%。而全市私人小汽车的数量约为227302辆，与上年相比增加60504辆，增长幅度为36.3%。湖南省一、二、三类的汽修厂达22000多家，而仅长沙市的汽修厂达5000余家。

• Incomparable Advantaged Location of Hunan

Located in central China, Hunan is the most prosperous transportation and business hub connecting south and north, east and west. The vehicle population in Hunan increased nearly 30,000 in 2008. By the end of 2008, the vehicle population reached 593,833, 16.65% growth from the previous year, and the car population was 227,302, 36.3% increase. These figures well indicate the large potential in Hunan’s auto-aftermarket.

• 长沙——典型的消费型城市

长沙，湖南省的首府，是一个典型的消费型城市，而长沙人也一向为“敢为天下先”的行事作风闻名遐迩。据湖南省统计局统计，以长株潭城市群为例，2008年前三季度，长株潭城市群实现城镇居民人均可支配收入13082.63元,增 长13.8%；长沙、株洲、湘潭三市实现城镇人均可支配收入均超过1万元，分别达到13589.35元、11784.11元、10778.90元，增速分 别为14.0%、13.1%、15.3%。其中，长沙市农民人均现金收入增长最快，达到23.9%。

去年12月，为时5天的第四届中国(长沙)国际汽车博览会在长沙湖南国际会展中心举行，吸引了近40万人，成交额为21.56亿元。10380台新车被抢购而空，其汽车后市场的需求可见一斑。

• Typical Consumption-Oriented City of Changsha

Changsha, the capital of Hunan province has for long been well-known for its consuming capacity with its residents’ average income increasing by 23.9% every year. The auto show held in Changsha in the end of last year attracted 400,000 visitors and achieved record car sales of 10,380 onsite. It could be justified that demands for auto maintenance and repair and car care products will be enormous in the coming decade.
