尊敬的老师:

     我们很高兴地通知您由高等教育出版社和中科院北京生命科学研究院联合创办的全新的英文学术期刊Protein & Cell于2010年1月正式创刊了。

      Protein & Cell为月刊，报道生命科学和生物医学的前沿热点，特别关注蛋白质和细胞研究的最新学术成果和发展动向，发表的文章类型包括研究论文、综述、新闻评论等，具体报道学科领域包括：生物物理学、细胞生物学、分子生物学、蛋白质学、生物化学、发育生物学、结构生物学、免疫生物学、微生物学、遗传学、神经科学和肿瘤学等。

       Protein & Cell采用国际化的管理和组织方式，由南开大学校长、中国生物物理学会理事长饶子和院士担任主编，副主编包括北京生命科学研究院院长康乐研究员、副院长高福研究员、蛋白质科学国家实验室主任许瑞明研究员、牛津大学的Bob Sim教授及南京医科大学程雁教授。此外，Protein & Cell将由60余位该领域国内外知名专家、学者组成编委会，保证稿件的高学术水平和审稿流程的高效、规范、公正。
